    The book is in used but still very good+ condition. It has some cover and edge wear mainly along its spine and corners but its still in nice condition for its age! Inside the first two pages just have a very small corner fold in their bottom right corners and other than that its in very nice condition! Its pages are nice and clean have NO writing or markings
    ! It just has a couple small stains just along its edge but it does not affect its pages at all!
    GOOD COPY OF THIS VERY RARE D&D RULES ACCESSORY!!
