    A bulk of my inventory was purchased from a friend who has a retail outlet and buys from China and a few neighboring asian countries. Some of the inventory was from a small collection that I bought, including local stores, and online businesses.

    I am a fairly experienced buyer of jade but not an expert gemologist with expensive equipment to certify the grades of jade.
    Some
    of my jade items will have a certification from China in the Chinese language which is added free of charge.
    I will do my best in trying to please my customers.

    PAYMENT

    SHIPPING
    -We ship mainly with the “United States Postal Service”.
    -We regularly ship our parcels within 1 to 2 days of receiving your cleared payment.
    -Excluding Sunday, holidays, and natural causes (i.e.-storms, hurricane, flooding, earthquakes”, etc.), please expect your parcel being delivered in 5 to 10 postal working days.
    -Your verified matching address in your EBay and PayPal account must be accurate for the   merchandise to reach its destination. Sorry, we accept no responsibility for shipping errors   related to incorrect shipping addresses in EBay and PayPal.

    RETURNS
